The uninstall portion of the macOS VDI plugin now provides an option to launch the uninstall program with command line arguments that will prevent any dialogs from being displayed (“silent” mode) and can successfully remove the Mac VDI plugin without any individual involvement. These changes have been added for all of our VDI Plugins, platforms, and every operating system. With this latest release of the VDI Plugin, Zoom Phone now supports playing voicemail messages, recording a greeting, and playing the ringtone through the VDI Plugin. Voicemail, Greeting, and Ringtone Zoom Phone Optimization for VDI Note: Some VDI Plugin releases for Linux may require an update through a third-party vendor. Audio can be sent and received directly through the VDI Plugin to avoid additional routing and encoding/decoding through the virtual desktop. The Zoom desktop client now supports audio offloading for Zoom Phone calls through the latest VDI Plugins available for all supported Linux platforms.
